Dear Association Member,
Prior to the COVID-19 virus State of Emergency Declaration, the Board was considering proposing minor revisions to the Association’s Fourth of July rules and regulations with the intent of adopting a set of rules which could remain in place for years to come. In light of the COVID-19 virus and the current State of Emergency, at their Special Board Meeting on June 9, 2020, the Board of Directors conducted a member hearing and approved changes which repealed many of the typical standard Fourth of July rules and regulations for this year’s event.
Please view the “2020 Fourth of July Event – Rules and Regulations” decided on by the Board that will be enforced this year.
Changes from 2019 to 2020
It is with great disappointment to all of us that this year’s fireworks have been cancelled. The Board and staff wish you and your family the safest of holidays and look forward to when our typical full Fourth of July celebration filled with music and fireworks can be had once again.
If you have any questions regarding the new rules, please contact the Association’s Office & Member Services Director, Eric Sirignano either by phone at 949-494-8571 or by email at esirignano@ebca.net for assistance.
Sincerely,
Emerald Bay Community Association
