Dear Emerald Bay Residents,
At our Board Meeting on Tuesday, the Board and I voted to place our trust in the community and allow guests on the beach as of tomorrow (Friday). Only two guests are allowed per household, and everyone (above the age of five) must wear their Resident or Guest Wristband. Also remember that all guests must be with their resident host at all times while on the beach.
The wristband booth will be accessible tomorrow (Friday) from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Community Center patio. This is the last scheduled wristband booth, so please make a point of stopping by to collect your wristbands if you haven’t already done so. The Association also has a limited supply of child-sized wristbands – if you would like to swap some of your adult wristbands for child-sized wristbands, please stop by the wristband booth tomorrow. This will be done on a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last!
I want to reemphasize that while on the beach, you and your guests MUST wear your wristbands at all times. Citations, with associated fines of up to $5,000, will be issued to anyone not in compliance – THERE WILL BE NO WARNINGS! Please also bear in mind that there are no additional wristbands to hand out if you or your guests misplace/lose them.
Hope I can count on you as we want to keep moving forward, while also keeping our community safe – we can only do that with your compliance and support.
Have a great weekend and be kind to one another.
Take Care.
Victor Assad
