Picnic Table Reservations

  1. Unless previously reserved, Picnic Table use is on a first-come-first-served basis.
  2. Members and registered tenants may reserve picnic tables from Memorial Day through September 30 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
  3. Picnic tables may be reserved, in the administration office, no sooner than 8 days in advance and no later than Friday at 12:00 pm prior to the reservation.
  4. Only one picnic table per household may be reserved.
  5. Picnic table reservations will not be permitted on the 4th of July holiday and on the day of the EBCA Annual Meeting.
  6. When the reservation is made, a receipt and a placard will be given stating the name, date, time, and location.
  7. By 10:00 pm on the night before the reservation date, the resident must attach the placard to the reserved picnic table.
  8. Reservations will be recorded on a sign-up sheet in the Administration Office, posted at Main Beach, and copied to Security.
  9. If a picnic table conflict arises, contact Security. The officer on duty will have the reservation list and will resolve any conflicts.
  10. In lieu of reservations, residents may informally tag picnic tables no sooner than 10 pm the night before. Reservations made at the Administration Office will have precedence. Residents are encouraged to make reservations or to check the status of reservations with the Administration Office before informally tagging tables.
  11. Residents are requested to cancel reservations by contacting the Administration Office and removing the placard from the table.
